The following is a checklist for the Greenwood Friends School application/enrollment process for kindergarten, elementary, and middle school students.
- Families wishing to enroll a student contact the school for an application. You will receive an application form, a parent questionnaire so that you can describe your child, and a medical form to fill out so that we can be aware of any allergies and other necessary information in preparation for your child’s visit.
- Return the completed application, parent questionnaire, and medical information sheet.
- Greenwood will contact you to schedule a student visit. Kindergarten applicants have a screening visit. Applicants for other grade levels will have a two day classroom visit.
- You and school representatives will meet to review your child’s visit.
- When your student is accepted you complete and return all paperwork
in the enrollment packet:
enrollment contract (2 copies)
financial aid application request
registration form
medical information form
early dismissal and emergency contact form
textbook loan form
field trip information form
photo/video release
electronic display of information release
- Please note that payment of the tuition deposit ensures the placement of your child at Greenwood Friends School.
