Greenwood Friends School

The following is a checklist for the Greenwood Friends School application/enrollment process for preschool students.
 

1. Family contacts Greenwood to inquire about admission. Receives Admissions Packet materials.
2. Family returns the application form, health form, and parent questionnaire.
3. A brief visit is scheduled for your child in a pre-primary classroom.
4. When the student is accepted you complete and return all paperwork in the enrollment packet:
    Enrollment Contract (2 copies)
    Registration form
    Medical Information Card
    Early Dismissal and Emergency Contact Form
    Grandparent Information
    Field Trip Information Form
    Photo/Video Release
    Electronic Display of Information Release
    Pre-primary Information Form 
5. Please note that payment of the tuition deposit assures the placement of the child at Greenwood Friends School.
6. Parents attend the scheduled Early Childhood Parent Orientation just before school starts OR meet with school     representatives to discuss the program.
7. Just before starting school, the child and parent will make a brief visit to the classroom to meet the teacher and become familiar with the classroom.
