Primary Co-Teacher

Ula is very excited about joining the Greenwood team as the Primary Co-Teacher. Originally from Poland, Ula came to the United States in 2000 on a dance scholarship to study at Bloomsburg University where she received a B.A. in Political Science and an M.S. in Instructional Technology in 2005. After graduating, Ula and her husband Michael set out on a European adventure and moved to Prague, Czech Republic. In Prague, Michael taught English to adults and Ula became a teacher at an International (ESL) Art Preschool where she taught English to children from all over the world through art, drama, music and dance. Watching her Kindergarten students from various cultural and language backgrounds becoming avid readers in English is one of her favorite memories of the job. She absolutely fell in love with teaching and in the summer of 2009 she came back to Bloomsburg to pursue a Master’s degree in Elementary Education. She enjoys folk dancing, reading and traveling. |
