Krista loves teaching 2nd/3rd grade at Greenwood. She has taught in an Orthodox Jewish school, Millbrook Marsh in State College, and an inner-city public school in Tennessee. She enjoys being outside with husband Daryl and daughter Emma or in her kitchen preserving her garden harvest. Having mastered salsa, and being 1 for 2 on pickles, it is a work in progress. She also has reconnected with her love of scrapbooking and is working diligently on creating an album for Emma, a Greenwood student.

Raised in the Hazleton area, Audra received her B.S. in Education with a minor in Theatre Arts from Bloomsburg University. She taught virtually every level from pre-K through eighth in positions in Hazleton and Harrisburg before coming to Greenwood thirteen years ago. Since that time she has completed coursework in teaching secondary level English and theatre arts. Audra is an ardent supporter of arts in education and has designed and implemented various dramatic arts clubs and workshops. Audra launched the popular Kitchen Science course at Greenwood a few years ago and wrote a curriculum guide for teachers on the subject. This summer Audra relocated from Bloomsburg to Millville with her husband Jeremy, a musician/composer. Audra loves theatre, traveling, cooking, reading, writing, playing her ukulele, and buying books for her nephews.

Dottie continues her mission of teaching for life, joining Greenwood after retiring from public education earlier this year. She earned her BSEd and MSEd from Temple, MSEd in Technology at Wilkes, and has taught since 1968. Her ancestors were martyred Christian teachers and she strives to support their belief that teachers are to serve the main dish of life with strength: Dignity Integrity Sincerity Humility, served with Christian love. Her ancestors and Spanish teacher would also expect that rather than retire, she devotes her life to the life-long responsibility of educating others.
Denise earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Temple University, a program that emphasized both design and fine arts. Art history, art appreciation, and communication through design are subjects she enjoys. She values serving the community as a volunteer at the Bloomsburg Public Library, spending time with her family, and “playing” in her garden. Denise is delighted to be exploring art with the students at Greenwood!
