Tuition & Financial Aid

Tuition

Greenwood Friends School offers flexible payment options for tuition. Some families opt to pay in one lump sum. Others take a 2-payment approach, and about half of our families choose to sign up for the 10-month ACH option. There are no additional fees for breaking up tuition payments, and families can choose to alter their payment schedule at any time.

In addition, 87% of our families receive some level of tuition offset, thanks to our generous donors from Pennsylvania, making a Quaker education affordable for everyone!

Financial Aid

Tuition alone covers about 67% of the cost of educating a student at Greenwood Friends School. Net tuition income is supplemented by an Annual Giving campaign, parent-assisted fundraisers throughout the year, and grants from Quaker organizations & other sources.

The school seeks to assure the presence of children from all backgrounds and income levels. We offer tuition assistance at all levels of eligibility and encourage every family to apply for consideration. Using Pennsylvania’s EITC scholarship program, we are able to offer families scholarships based on household income.
